Images are available as digital files which you can download immediately after payment. All digital files, whether for print, web, film, TV or other use are "Rights Managed" and licensed, not sold, with restrictions. Our terms and conditions are as follows:
Licence
You are granted a ONE TIME USE only licence. The licence is NON-TRANSFERABLE. This means that you may NOT rent, lease or resell the licence and can use the image for only one type of publication. For example, if you licensed the image for use in a brochure, you do NOT have the right to then also use it in a magazine advertisement without purchasing a new licence.
Prohibitions
Following restrictions apply to images purchased from this website.
(i) You may NOT use an image in a pornographic or tobacco related publication, website, CD-ROM, DVD, film, video, electronic distribution or other usage.
(ii)
You may NOT use an image to defame, libel, slander, or malign any recognisable featured person.
(iii)
You may NOT modify or remove any embedded metadata.
Reselling
You may NOT include images purchased from this website in part or in whole in a composite and then rent, lease or sell the composite as an original work. You may NOT retouch images purchased from this website in part or in whole and then rent, lease or sell the image as an original image.
Product Return Policy
Digitally delivered files are non-returnable. Images have been expertly processed to the highest digital standard. However, should you find a genuine fault, we will replace the image with a like image or provide a refund if that is not possible. Please note, colour casts, which may be intentional or due to your viewing or printing conditions, and uneven histograms are not sufficient grounds for refund.
Quality
The images have been saved as RGB, high quality JPEG files without applying any sharpening (the gallery images have been sharpened). Should you require higher quality or different file types, please use the Contact form detailing your requirements in the first instance. Images are saved in the Adobe RGB (1998) colour space and tagged accordingly. You must honour the embedded tag when opening the file in order to preserve appearance.
Print Usage
All images purchased from this website are high quality and may be used in printed publications to the size permitted by the licence. The 5120 x 3427 px images can yield a print approximately 43 x 29 cm (17 x 11 in) at 300 dpi; the 4190 x 4190 px images can yield a print size approximately 35.5 x 35.5 cm (14 x 14 in) at 300 dpi.
Web Usage
Images purchased from this website can be used on one domain only (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com).
